The area is surrounded by various restaurants, retail shops, offices, and hospitals and attracts university students and tourists, especially during the summer. The restaurant was completely built from the ground up in 2021 and features all new equipment and leasehold improvements. It boasts a large prep kitchen with a 13-foot hood and a walk-in cooler and freezer in the basement. Additionally, two tandem parking spots are at the back of the building. The space can be easily converted to accommodate any restaurant concept.
